Our Policy

Our goal is perfection in every shirt. Need to make a return? Our team is happy to help you!

We will gladly accept returns for eligible ready-to-wear purchases made from Treffortshirts.com

Contact us via cs@treffortshirts.com or chat weekdays 9am-6pm EST. We'll issue a return label.

 

Refundable Merchandise:

Product Condition: Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with the original packaging intact. Items that are returned worn are not eligible for a refund. Shirts that are extremely wrinkled or unfit for immediate re-stocking may be subject to a re-stocking fee of $25 USD. We reserve the right to deny multiple return/refund requests.

Full-Priced Merchandise: Full-priced items must be returned within 15 days. This includes full-priced items purchased with a promotional discount.

Sale Merchandise: Marked-down merchandise may be returned within 15 days of order date. Merchandise designated Final sale is not eligible for returns or exchange.

 

Non-Refundable Merchandise & Services:

Product Condition: Orders returned outside of the appropriate return window or in an unsuitable condition are not eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise that has been worn or cleaned may not be returned.

Final Sale Merchandise: Merchandise designated as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom Items: Merchandise marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Fees: Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

How to Return Merchandise

Domestic (USA)

  1. To initiate a return please contact customer service at cs@treffortshirts.com with your order number and the information regarding your reason. Please note that the refund amount will be adjusted for any discounts, tax, and eligibility once we receive your return.
  2. Use prepaid return label to ship domestic U.S. orders that are unworn in the original packaging.
  3. Drop the package off at your nearest USPS location.
  4. Check your email and spam box for a link of tracking updates on your return. It normally takes up to 2-3 weeks for a return to be processed once we receive it. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.

International (Canada & EU)

  1. Please contact Customer Service with your order information. We can be reached by CS@treffortshirts.com or online chat.
  2. Use the original packaging to pack returnable unworn merchandise with tags attached.
  3. Ship your return to us at the following address: Treffort 
  4. Please note that Treffort is unable to provide prepaid return shipping for international orders, and cannot refund custom duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
  5. It normally takes up to 2-3 weeks  for a return to be processed once we receive it. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.

Credit Card Refunds

Once your return is processed, please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to credit your account.

 

Gift Returns & Exchanges

To return a gift item, please contact us at cs@treffortshirts.com so that we can process your request as a gift return. For gift returns that meet our return policy criteria we are able to process a refund in the form of an electronic gift card.

Treffort does not offer automated exchanges. If you would like to order an alternate style, we recommend returning the item that didn't work for you and placing a new order for your desired replacement. If we can help further, please contact Customer Service at cs@treffortshirts.com.
